Zodiac provides building energy modeling services for LEED and to fulfill the requirements of Section 179D of the tax code for tax deductions related to energy efficiency in commercial buildings.

We use Trane TRACE 700 and Carrier's HAP software to predict energy savings for buildings, earn points towards LEED certification and predict future utility costs.
