Zodiac, Inc. a Missouri corporation was established in 2003. We provide project management, Estimation services, building commissioning and Measurement and Verification services to the design and construction industry.  We serve industrial, commercial, institutional and government projects.  We are located in St. Louis, Missouri.

Baskar has experience in building commissioning, energy modeling, measurement & verification, engineering design, project costing, financial analysis and project management.  He has worked on international projects, developing project business plans and feasibility analysis.

Baskar is a Professional Engineer in Missouri and Wisconsin. Baskar is an adjunct faculty at Webster University and has taught "Operations and Project Management", for MBA students. Baskar has conducted all-day seminar "Finance 101: Learn To Read and Understand Business Financial Statements and Business Tax Returns".

Baskar has an MBA from Univ. of Missouri, St. Louis, MS in Mechanical Engineering from Univ. of Missouri, Rolla and BS in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani.
